This is a great question. In the past, many of our participants have had to travel significant distances to attend training, often closing their businesses to do so.

The online portal enables you to access training at a time and location convenient for you. The portal minimises the cost to your business, and adds value by allowing you to review any aspect of the course as often as you like.

We have also worked with world-leading blended and digital design experts from Deakin University to ensure that the portal learning experience is engaging, effective and eye-catching.

The course features interactive training activities that give you the opportunity to practise techniques while we step you through each procedure in your own simulation environment. This allows you to stop, practice and repeat as many times as you need to.

When you upload case logs, photos and videos, you will receive personal feedback to help advance your skills and correct techniques.

Please note: Case logs and feedback are only available for those participating in the full Practical Certification.
